Can you update any of this information online yourself?
In addition to finding out what personal information you can access online and how, be sure to ask which information, if any, you can change online yourself. Some colleges and universities are increasingly allowing students themselves to change personal information online. The fact that a school does not allow this does not necessarily mean they are "behind the times" they may have very good technical or policy restrictions for this. Ask what, why, and how. How and where (Internet, walk-in, chat line, phone, e-mail?) can you get assistance with online self-help services?
