Indiana University Selects Campus Management for New Lifetime Communications Solution

Pioneering deal to provide IU with CRM software system-wide

Boca Raton, FL (July 31, 2009) – Campus Management Corp. announced that it has entered in to an agreement with Indiana University (IU) to deploy an innovative Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software system to serve all of the institution’s locations and organizations. The agreement provides IU with a centralized deployment of Campus Management's Talisma CRM product to enable lifetime communications across all eight campuses as well the alumni association and foundation, making IU the first major multi-campus university to embrace a single, system-wide platform for CRM.

"We want our students to develop a life-long relationship with Indiana University and remain actively engaged in our programs and activities long after they graduate," said IU president Michael McRobbie. "We felt that Campus Management was the perfect company to partner with to bring new efficiencies, effectiveness and enhancements to the communications that shape those evolving relationships."

Campus Management’s Talisma CRM software will allow IU to more effectively communicate with students and other constituents through a variety of media formats, including email, chat, and SMS text messaging.

Timothy B. Loomer, president and chief executive officer of Campus Management Corp., said, "IU has the pulse of what tomorrow's students and supporters will expect from their university experience. IU and Campus Management share a vision for highly scalable technology that provides constituents with rapid service in a very personalized way."

Tim Gilbert, chief marketing officer and senior vice president of Campus Management Corp., said, "Our company's heritage has been helping innovators in education who take a student-centered approach to their administrations and academics. Expanding the reach of our CRM and fundraising software systems in partnership with IU leverages what Campus Management does best as an innovator, while also benefiting the constituents of a global, world-class institution."

Brad Wheeler, IU CIO and vice president for information technology, said, “IU assessed the growing needs for constituent communications at all levels -- departments, schools, campuses, alumni association and the foundation.  Campus Management’s CRM solution was the best fit for an institution of IU's scale with its over 500,000 living alumni and essential partners in the IU Foundation.”
