Randy J. Whitehead Appointed as Vembu’s Vice President of Strategic Business Development

St. Louis May 28, 2009 — Vembu Technologies, a global leader in online backup software solutions, today announced the appointment of Randy J. Whitehead as Vice President of Strategic Business Development. Reporting to Vembu’s President, Lakshmanan Narayan, Randy will primarily be responsible for growing Vembu’s business in the United States and Canada, with a focus on channel partnerships with managed service providers, hosting companies, storage appliance vendors and telecom companies looking to provide their customers online backup services.
