Sotheby’s Institute of Art Selects CAMS Enterprise Academic ERP For Global GrowthA Truly Integrated, Multi-campus, Multi-currency Higher Education Administrative Solution ST. LOUIS, MO. October 6, 2009 – Three Rivers Systems, Inc., a worldwide innovator in software for the higher education community, announced the successful implementation of its CAMS® Enterprise software for Sotheby’s Institute of Art. With an on-time and on-budget implementation by Three Rivers Systems, Inc., the CAMS Enterprise system was live six months after the customer placed its order. With campuses in London, New York and now Singapore, Sotheby’s Institute of Art had a unique set of requirements to address when it came to upgrading its academic management software. The challenge was to find a full-featured system that could work with three different currencies and date schemes, while operating 24X7 around the globe. Naturally, Sotheby’s also wanted a system up and running without delay. Brian Gross, Vice-President of Marketing Sotheby’s Institute of Art noted, “We needed technology to support the growth of our multi-campus, global organization. After careful exploration, Three Rivers Systems had the kind of flexible, web-based system we were looking for.” With CAMS Enterprise now in place, Sotheby’s Institute of Art is positioned for future growth worldwide without the headaches of pulling together third-party products. “Customers do not want to be burdened by manually integrating multiple systems for essential functions like Admissions, Registration, Course Management, and Billing” said Amir Tajkarimi, Three Rivers’ President. “CAMS is the only truly integrated solution because the same code and data is used throughout the system by all functions. Sotheby’s immediately saw the value of our fully integrated CAMS solution.” About Sotheby’s Institute of Art Three Rivers Systems, Inc., the developer and service provider for CAMS, is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, and has been delivering innovative technology-driven solutions to the educational community for the past 25 years. The company has large established client base throughout the U.S., and a rapidly growing international presence with clients in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
