Advisory Group on Enterprise Information Systems and Service This committee advises EDUCAUSE in matters related to the application of information technologies to the administrative and business purposes of the institution, providing advice and direction on topics such as ERP, e-business, portals, customer relationship management, outsourcing, help desk management, web development, portal channel development, and the integration of course and learning management systems with other traditional enterprisewide administrative information systems.

AGEISS leadership has been manifested in the past, but is not limited to steering and organizing invitational forums on portals, e-business, and the "new business architecture." It works in close cooperation with the EDUCAUSE executive team to develop administrative topics in the EDUCAUSE track of the EDUCAUSE annual conference. Members are senior professionals from a variety of campus environments. (12 members, 3-year terms)
