This committee advises EDUCAUSE in matters related to the application of information technologies to the administrative and business purposes of the institution, providing advice and direction on topics such as ERP, e-business, portals, customer relationship management, outsourcing, help desk management, web development, portal channel development, and the integration of course and learning management systems with other traditional enterprisewide administrative information systems.
