AcknowledgementsA project of this magnitude does not happen without the dedication and support of a lot of volunteers and staff. This project is no different. We would like to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed materials and especially individuals who worked hard ("beyond the call of duty"!) to make the Cybersecurity Awareness Resource Library a reality. We would especially like to thank and acknowledge the leadership and persistence of staff from the Information Security Office at The George Washington University. Krizi Trivisani, Kim Kelly, and Elgan Jones, contributed their time, editorial insights, and technical expertise to this project. Valerie Vogel, an EDUCAUSE staff member, also provided assistance in collecting and organizing the extensive set of materials that were contributed by the community. The Awareness and Training Working Group of the Security Task Force, co-chaired by Krizi Trivisani from The George Washington University and Calvin Weeks from The University of Oklahoma, provided the inspiration for this project and was responsible for oversight. The idea for this collection of resources originated at a workshop held by the working group in January 2004. The Security Task Force, co-chaired by Joy Hughes from George Mason University and Jack Suess from UMBC, continues to provide the vision for higher education's cybersecurity strategy and direction to the related initiatives. The National Cyber Security Alliance has generously supported the cost of the reproduction of the CD as part of its National Cyber Security Awareness Month activities during October. We are grateful for their funding of this project and for their collaboration on reaching colleges and universities as a component of their overall cybersecurity awareness campaign. Finally, we would like to thank the many institutions and organizations that provided awareness materials to make this compilation possible. Below is a complete listing of the contributors:
