Alan EtkinAlan EtkinBiographyAlan Etkin is a project & web analytics manager in the web services department at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Recent projects include implementing Google Analytics and Omniture's Site Catalyst for tracking site activity. Alan has a master's degree in Communications from Simon Fraser University, and he has recently completed the University of British Columbia's Award of Achievement in Web Analytics.
