In addition to leading the enterprise middleware implementation, Ann was the Michigan Techs liaison to the Internet2 Middleware Early Adopter's Program. Concurrently, she led the education effort to assist faculty with their adoption of the new computer environment and co-chaired the campus committee to address support issues with the new distributed model.
