Beth Schaefer (University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee)Beth SchaeferBiographyBeth Schaefer is the Director (Interim) of Client Services in University Information Technology Services at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her position is responsible for the oversight of the central Help Desk, Desktop Support, Classroom Services, campus technical training, Software Asset Management, UWM TechStore and TechRepair. Beth is a Frye Leadership Institute Fellow from 2008 and also serves as a co-lead on the Women in IT Constituent Group. Beth has previously served as the director for the nationally recognized Student Technology Services program at UW-Milwaukee. With a very diverse background with technology in education, she has been able to lead many projects with a student centric view.
