Bonita M. NeasVice President for Information Technology Fargo, North Dakota UNITED STATES Bonita M. NeasBiographyBonnie Neas is the Associate Vice President for Federal Government Relations and Director of The Center for High Performance Computing in the office of Vice President for Research, Creative Activities and Technology Transfer at North Dakota State University. She is responsible for identifying and coordinating opportunities for NDSU's research community through federal government programs. She has an active role in the continued development of the university's research programs enabled by computaional resources. She served as the Director of Information Technology Services at NDSU from 1993 to 2000. Bonnie has testified before congress on rural telecommunications issues. She served on Internet2's Network Policy and Planning Advisory Council (NPPAC) from its inception to 2004 and served on the Educause 2000 Conference Program Committee. She is Chair of the 2005 EDUCAUSE Evolving Technologies Committee and sesrves on the NET@edu Steering Committee. Bonnie has also served on numerous review panels for the National Science Foundation's CISE Advanced Networking Infrastructure and Research program-including the 2000 Committee of Visitor's review panel.
