Craig Blaha

Biography

Craig Blaha is the Assistant Director of User Services at The University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing his PhD in Federal Information Policy and Preservation, focusing on privacy, government secrecy and identity as they relate to Federal Policy. Craig leads the User Services Customer Relationship Management Group, the Help Desk, Remedy development team, ID Center and central computer labs at UT Austin. Craig holds a masters degree in education from Claremont Graduate University and a bachelor's degree from Pomona College, as well as a GIAC Security leadership certification from the SANS Institute.
