Dede HouricanDede HouricanBiographyDede Hourican is the Support Specialist for the course management system at Marist college in Poughkeepsie, New York. Her primarily responsibility is to provide technical support to both students and faculty via phone, e-mail, web-conferencing, and in-person. These support activities focus on use of the College’s course management system as well as other instructional technologies being deployed to enhance the teaching and learning process. Dede is currently pursing her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Communication.
