Harold WinshelDirector, FAS Computing, Rutgers Camden Camden, New Jersey UNITED STATES Harold WinshelBiographyHarold Winshel has been at Rutgers University since 1996, in the Computing and Instructional Technologies unit ("CIT") for the College of Arts & Sciences at the Camden Campus. Currently he is the Director of CIT. CIT provides a variety of computer technology support for faculty and staff, including desktop computer support, administration of servers, management of student computing labs, faculty research labs, web site support, video conferencing and procedures for the protection of sensitive electronic data. He is also involved with the evaluation and assessment of encryption utilities for Rutgers. Harold received an MBA from Rutgers University and a B.S. from Temple University.
