Hetty BaizHetty BaizBiographyHetty Baiz is manager of the Project Office, OIT, Princeton University. She played a key role in developing and implementing the Project Office and the Princeton project management methodology . Hetty facilitates the planning of IT projects, including administrative, academic and infrastructure projects; consults and mentors groups in using Princeton's project management methodology; and leads project audits and reviews. Hetty has recently facilitated and consulted with teams implementing PeopleSoft and ERP projects, web development and courseware initiatives, and desktop migrations. Hetty teaches workshops in project management to IT , business and academic departments at Princeton. She received an MBA from Columbia University.
