James Paul AdamsonLibrary Systems Head Honolulu, Hawaii UNITED STATES James Paul AdamsonBiographyJames Paul Adamson is Head of Systems at the University of Hawaii Libraries, where he plays a significant role in strategic planning and policy development for information technology infrastructure and programs within the department for state-wide library services. Recent projects include flood recovery and business continuation, new server room design and strategic planning for implementation after a 2004 event which destroyed the central server room. James holds degrees in computer science, information and library sciences. He also holds certifications in hardware and software development; and a certification in corporate communication.
