Biography

Jan Biros, Ed.D. is Associate Vice President for Instructional Technology Support and Campus Outreach at Drexel University in Philadelphia PA. She is responsible for all academic computing, and user support on campus including managing public access computing areas and classrooms, academic web development and online course development, training, and help desk support at both Drexel and MCP/Hahnemann University which Drexel manages. Dr. Biros is involved in working with local public and private school districts providing training and support. In addition, she manages computing support partnerships with two smaller private colleges in the area.
