Jennie DautermannTeaching Learning & Technology Program Manager Syracuse, New York UNITED STATES Jennie DautermannBiographyDr. Jennie Dautermann works with SUNY Learning Environments to direct the statewide Teaching Learning and Technology program, and to supervise assessment and research activities of the SUNY Learning Network--the system's consortium of online courses. Formerly a professor of technical and scientific communication at Miami University of Ohio, she has published in research methodology, technical communication, and studies of writing in non-academic settings. She holds a PhD from Purdue University, an MA from Ohio State University, and a BA from Northwest Nazarene College.
