John Voloudakis

Biography

John Voloudakis is an ECAR Research Fellow. He has served the higher education and healthcare industries as a consultant and administrator for over 18 years. He has held leadership positions in the education practices of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, BearingPoint, and Huron Consulting Group, where he focused on helping institutions get the most from their investments in information technology. John also led an information technology department at Harvard University. John has co-authored or contributed to several ECAR studies and research bulletins, and he is a frequent speaker and author on enterprise systems, security, and IT organizational effectiveness.
