Jolynn Dellinger (The National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA))

As Program Manager for Data Privacy Day, which is run by the National Cyber Security Alliance, Jolynn Dellinger coordinates events and activities, as well as industry, nonprofit and government participation in Data Privacy Day for the United States and Canada. Jolynn also manages the Data Privacy Day educational initiative designed to increase awareness and education about privacy and data protection issues among young people, parents and children, educators, businesses and consumers. Prior to working with the National Cyber Security Alliance, Jolynn worked on the Data Privacy Day initiative with The Privacy Projects (2009-2011), and with Intel�¢����s Security & Privacy Policy team (2007-09). She is a member of the Carolina Privacy Officials Network.

Jolynn received her B.A. in English from Columbia University in 1989, and her J.D. and M.A. in Women�¢����s Studies from Duke Law School and Duke University in 1993. Prior to working for Intel, Jolynn clerked for Judge Francis D. Murnaghan, Jr. in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit (1993-94), the Solicitor General�¢����s Office in the U.S. Department of Justice (1994-95), and Judge W. Earl Britt in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina (1998-2007). She has also practiced at law firms in Washington, D.C. and North Carolina, and she has taught Family Law at Duke Law School and Legal Writing at UNC School of Law.
