Juany JardinesDirector, Research & Academic Computing New York, New York UNITED STATES Juany JardinesBiographyJuany is Director of Research and Academic Computing at Sloan-Kettering Institute. The institute is part of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. In her role, Juany provides technical direction to over 2000 researchers. She has held this position for the past 4 years. Prior to this position Juany was Manager of LAN Services at Sloan-Kettering where she has been employeed since 1999. Prior to joining Memorial Sloan-Kettering Juany spent 10 years in the financial industry as Vice President of Prudential Securities and Associate Vice President of Bankers Trust. Juany has also served as a technical instructors for Novell, Bayan Systems and Microsoft. Juany received her Bachelors degree from Hunter College in New York City. Juany is a recent graduate of the AAMC Leadership Institute and is currently participating in the SIM RLF (Society of Information Management Regional Leadership Forum).
