Julia SiegerJulia SiegerBiographyJulia Sieger is the Assistant Dean of the School of Education at California Lutheran University. As the School of Education continues to seek better ways to deliver instruction, e-learning becomes an important component in the design of all emerging programs. Current projects in the School of Education include designing an undergraduate degree in education to be delivered to students in Micronesia, a hybrid program in teacher preparation and an on-line doctoral program in educational leadership. Julia completed an Ed.D. in School Leadership with an emphasis in technology from the University of San Francisco.
