Kathleen WillbanksSr. Project Manager Rohnert Park, California UNITED STATES Kathleen WillbanksBiographyKathleen is the Project Manager for the California Community College, California Virtual Campus, ePortfolio California project. In 2002 she was on the investigative team reporting on ePortfolios for the Education Deans in the CSU. In 2006 she reviewed ePortfolio tools for the WCET EduTools project and focused research on ePortfolios while pursuing a Master's in Education and Technology. Before joining the ePortfolioCalifornia project she was the Senior Project Manager for the California State University Center for Distributed Learning, and Director of Marketing and an Assistant Controller in private industry. She has been involved with the North Bay Multimedia Association, The Sonoma County School-to-Career Partnership, the Business Education Roundtable, and was chair of the local Chamber of Commerce.
