Lisa McNealLisa McNealBiographyLisa is an Instructional Developer at Appalachian State University. Prior to moving to Boone, she worked at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, where she helped faculty incorporate technology into their teaching. She has been leading faculty technology workshops for the past eight years on topics such as how to use a course management system, online course development, video editing, and podcasting. Lisa holds a B.A. degree in Journalism from Samford University and an M.S. in Instructional Systems from Florida State University. Lisa's research interests include social networking tools and motivational instructional design models. She has made presentations at the WebCT Users Conference and Educause.
