Lorraine Frownfelter (Mercyhurst College)Lorraine FrownfelterBiographyLorraine Frownfelter is the Systems Administrator for Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA. She is responsible for maintaining a 20 server windows domain, as well as updates and instalation of new systems and applications within the network. She plays a significant role in developing and testing new services to be roled out on campus for both administrative and student use. Lorraine holds a bachalors degree in Political Science from Gannon University and an Associates in Specialized Business: Computer Information Systems/Networking,which she earned from TSBI. She has a 20 year background in retail and retail management and several years teaching experience.
