Mark ZajicekMark ZajicekBiographyMark Zajicek is a member of the technical staff at Carnegie Mellon's Software Engineering Institute (SEI) http://www.sei.cmu.edu/. Mark supported the CERT Coordination Center (CERT/CC) during its creation in 1988, and joined the CERT/CC's incident handling team in 1992. Mark currently works with the CERT CSIRT Development Team http://www.cert.org/csirts/, which offers training courses for computer security incident response team (CSIRT) managers and incident handling staff, and provides guidance for organizations in the development of CSIRT implementation strategies, policies, procedures, and response plans.
