Martha BurtisSpecial Projects Coordinator, Teaching and Learning Technologies Fredericksburg, Virginia UNITED STATES Martha BurtisBiographyMartha Burtis is Special Projects Coordinator for Teaching and Learning Technologies at the University of Mary Washington. From 2004-2008, she worked as an Instructional Technology Specialist and then as Director Teaching and Learning Technologies at UMW. Prior to arriving at UMW in 2004, Martha was the Director of Web Development at the University of Montana in Missoula. She has a Masters degree in instructional technology and new media from Teachers College, Columbia University and a B.A. in English from Mary Washington College.
