RogersBiographyDr. Rogers is the Manager for Instructional Design and Development for Advanced Learning Technologies, Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia. He has been involved in the field of instructional design since 1973 with design experience in such varied environments as the military, education, small business and large corporations. Currently, he manages a team of instructional designers who are responsible for the development of system wide online courses. He also works with faculty in preparing them to teach online.
