Richard DummRichard DummBiographyRichard Dumm is a Project Manger for the Administrative Information Services (AIS) unit of ITS @ Penn State where he has been assigned to the re-engineering of Penn States Enterrpise Financial forms to workflow based business processes, http://ais.its.psu.edu/easy_reengineering/ . During his tenure at Pennsylvania State University Richard has played a signficant role in the development, management and operation of Penn States eCommerce infrastructure. Richard has also managed the Open Standards Development group (Java Programmers) during the initial phases of Penn States workflow initiatives, http://ais.its.psu.edu/workflow/. Richard is a graduate of Penn States IT Leader program. Richard completed his higher education at the Pennsylvania State University by earning a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a major in Business Logistics. Subsequently, his 25 year career span includes a significant history with Business Logistics, Transportation Information Systems, Retail Pricing Systems, EDI, Project Management, Application Development and eCommerce.
