Scott B. MandernackScott B. MandernackBiographyScott Mandernack serves as Head of Research & Instructional Services in the Raynor Memorial Libraries at Marquette University. He oversees an active information literacy instruction program and the libraries' reference services for the campus. Scott's research interests have focused on the pedagogical issues of information literacy in academic libraries, including cultural diversity and library science education, with a current focus on learning paradigms in the online environment and the social role of libraries. Scott earned his BA degree in Sociology/Anthroplogy and his Master's degree in Library Science from the University of Wisconsin. He is a member of the American Library Association and has been active in the Instruction Section of the Association of College and Research Libraries and the Information Commons Discussion Group.
