Steven WinigInternal Management Consultant and Special Assistant to the VP Cambridge, Massachusetts UNITED STATES Steven WinigBiographySteven Winig was instrumental in the creation and management of MITs Information Services and Technologys Relationship Management Program and Project Services Organization. The Relationship Management program helps establish strategic partnerships across the Institute by having staff dedicated to working with MITs departments, labs, and centers to leverage technology to meet their business needs. Additionally, Mr. Winig led the design and implementation of a practical project management framework and a corresponding set of easy-to-use checklists and templates. Both the framework and components of the toolkit have been adopted by numerous industry and academic institutions. In addition to being a member of IS&Ts senior leadership team, Mr. Winig is an active member of numerous cross-institute groups. Mr. Winig currently holds a B.S. in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University, where he also earned minors in Psychology and Mathematical Sciences.
