Thomas HippchenThomas HippchenBiographyThomas Hippchen is the Policy Communications and Development Specialist for the State University of New York (SUNY) Central Administration System, where his primary responsibility is for review and/or drafting of policy and other guidance documents applicable to the campuses and staff of the SUNY system. He also has on-going responsibility for maintaining the currency of documents on a web-based electronic policy manual. Thomas earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration at Boston College and a M.Ed. in Counseling and Personnel Services at the University of Maryland, College Park. He received a B.A. from Mt.
