SitkoBiographyToby Sitko is a Fellow with ECAR, where she oversees and participates in major research relating to information technology in higher education. Sitko participates in all aspects of ECAR research, including directing the biweekly research bulletin series. Her information technology career began in 1984 at Indiana University, where she served in various roles including assistant director for user support. From 1996 to 1998 she was director of IT customer services at the main campus of the University of Houston. In 1998, she moved to New York City to take the position of deputy executive director for information resources at the City University of New York Graduate Center. Two years later, she became the first IT director of policy and planning at New York University. PublicationsPresentationsThis information is provided as a service for our members and subscribers.
