Biography

Mr. Todd Greenfield has over fifteen years of technical experience in information services with seven years of Higher Education industry experience and seven years of management experience. He graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technologies with a Business Administration focus from American Intercontinental University. Mr. Greenfield has also achieved the status of Oracle Certified Professional in Database Administration, as well as Sun Systems Certified Administrator.

With SunGard Higher Education, Mr. Greenfield currently manages the corporate ERP applications teams of Remote Oracle/MS SQL Database and Portal Administrators, SunGard Higher Education Banner Programmer/Analysts and Technical Team Leads, Oracle E-Business Suite team, and the PeopleSoft applications team. He has experience with the implementation and administration of ERP and Portal software, ID management, Single Sign-on implementation, systems integration, disaster recovery planning, and database monitoring and systems tuning.
