William Yock (University of Washington)Associate Vice Provost, Enterprise Information Services Seattle, Washington UNITED STATES William YockBiographyBill has a 24 year background in information systems development in the higher education and healthcare industries. He is currently in charge of Enterprise Data Warehouse and Service Oriented Architecture development for the University of Washington. He has previously held senior management positions at healthcare firms, including Premera Blue Cross, where he created large data warehouse and data mining solutions. Bill is the former Executive Director of IT at a medical management firm where he created health information web portals. Bill holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa where he was also a Database Analyst in the Information Technology Services department. He is an active participant in State of Washington technology architecture committees. Currently, he is serving as Chairman of the Technology Roadmap Committee, and Vice Chairman on the Kuali Rice Board of Directors, for the Kuali Foundation. www.kuali.org.
