BelangerBiographyYvonne Belanger is Head of Program Evaluation for Duke University's Center for Instructional Technology (CIT). She is responsible for coordinating the Center's overall evaluation strategy, conducting internal evaluations of its programs, developing tools for faculty, and supporting evaluations of CIT-sponsored projects. Her recent projects include evaluating the use of Blackboard at Duke and evaluating the academic components of Duke's 2004-2005 iPod initiative and current Duke Digital Initiative. Yvonne completed her M.S. in Instructional Design, Development, and Evaluation with a concentration in Evaluation at Syracuse University, and is also graduate of St. John's College, Annapolis.
