Duquesne University implemented MultiPass 2.0, a multiphase identity management solution addressing a complex user entity crossing various systems and applications using project management (PM) strategies. This session will cover critical discussions on governance, data stewardship, security, cost reduction, and process improvements from PM adoption, resulting in cultural changes for university constituents and IT.
