In times of budget constraint, IT organizations and libraries must rely on evidence when transforming their services for growing numbers of younger faculty whose expectations differ from those of their more senior colleagues. This presentation will analyze faculty needs through data collected by 35 institutions conducting the MISO Survey between 2005 and 2009.
