This seminar will provide you with tools and processes to use at your home institution. It will include a defined methodology for gathering project requirements and ranking projects for resource allocation by organization. During the seminar, we will work through each step in the five project management phases as described by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and cover the information needed at each part of the process. You will leave the class with a basic understanding of project management and with resources to help you better implement a solution in your domain. SpeakersThe convener for this session is Dean E. Plumadore, Illinois State University
