The EDUCAUSE Annual Conference attracts over 4,000 attendees annually. The majority of attendees come from the United States and Canada, though more than 30 countries are typically represented. In addition, more than 200 corporations will showcase the latest IT solutions for higher education.

Press Packets for Registered Media

Exhibitors wishing to provide materials for the media must hand deliver and place materials on tables outside Exhibit Hall D (the EDUCAUSE 2009 exhibit hall). EDUCAUSE cannot be responsible for such materials being shipped to the convention center or keeping the table stocked. The tables outside Exhibit Hall D will be set up and available for media kits by noon on Monday, November 2.

List of Media Representatives

All individuals registered for the conference who have media activity records in the EDUCAUSE database are included in the list of media representatives. This is a dynamic list, growing as individuals register, and is generally not stable until approximately one week prior to the conference.

This exhibitor kit encompasses EDUCAUSE and other supplier information, coordination, dues dates, and forms, important to the success of your booth set and marketing efforts. It also includes links, directing you to Freeman's online exhibitor kit, to place orders for your booth.
