Audio IssuesThe conference call line will not be available until the event has started. Audio will be provided via the web conferencing room, and if you have any difficulties, you should visit our Audio Troubleshooting Page. However, if you lose audio completely, please listen to the sessions via one of the following toll-free telephone numbers. If you have any problems with one of these numbers, please e-mail Voicetext at conference@voicetext.com. Include the the error message, and they'll respond to you ASAP.
Getting ReadyPlease run the Adobe Acrobat Connect Connection Test at least one week before the event. The test takes approximately 30 seconds and will verify that your computer meets hardware and software requirements to use Adobe Connect. If you have problems completing the test or installing required software, please visit the Adobe Support website or call Adobe Connect Technical Support at 800-945-9120. Install Silverlight 1.0 or later. The installation directions depend on your operating system, so please see the below OS section for details. After you install Silverlight, please make sure it works by using this test link. Username and Password: Before the event begins, all registered participants will receive an e-mail with the subject line, "EDUCAUSE 2009 Online: Important Information."
