Technical RequirementsTo participate, you will need:
Please run the Adobe Acrobat Connect Connection Test at least one week before the event. The test takes approximately 30 seconds and will verify that your computer meets hardware and software requirements to use Adobe Connect. If you have problems completing the test or installing required software, please visit the Adobe Support web site, or call Adobe Connect Technical Support at 1-800-945-9120. Install Silverlight. The installation directions depend on your operating system, so please see the below OS section for details. After you install Silverlight, please make sure it works by using this test link. Orientation SessionTo help participants maximize their online conference experience, we conducted two orientation sessions. View the recording and slides to see the overview presented by EDUCAUSE President Diana Oblinger and take a "tour" of our online learning environment. Tuning In: Online ConferenceOn October 7th and 12th, all registered participants will receive an e-mail message from EDUCAUSE, "Important Information: EDUCAUSE 2010 Online" that will include your username/password.
