Abstract:

The growth of e-learning in higher education demands increasing faculty and student support requirements--equipment/infrastructure, training, course/curriculum development, and support/help functions. This Research Bulletin presents the highlights of an upcoming ECAR study, "E-Learning Support Practices in Higher Education," with a focus on the current state of e-learning, support practices, and institutional challenges to providing support.
