Although partnerships for e-learning hold great potential, that potential can only be realized if they are organized and managed for success at the outset. This Research Bulletin describes the kinds of e-learning partnerships that are emerging in higher education and provides strategies and methods to guide institutions through the process of creating e-learning partnerships.
