Abstract:

Supporting E-Learning in Higher Education Roadmap is the result of 10 months of collaborative research conducted by ECAR and IDC to learn about evolving student and instructor support requirements for online distance-learning courses, hybrid courses, and traditional courses that leverage technology.

ECAR Roadmaps synthesize important information technology issues and provide recommendations for action in higher education. The content draws from ECAR research studies and case studies.
