ELI Virtual Conference Center

The Virtual Conference Center will be open:

  • February 13–15, conference dates: The full environment will open at 8 a.m. Central Time on February 13.
  • February 15–May 15: Access on-demand session recordings.
  • After May 15: On-demand sessions, MP3 and MP4 files will be available from the EDUCAUSE resource center.

You must be registered to access the virtual convention center. Check the online conference registration list.

*Generic Credentials: If you want someone else to login using your registration, but you don't want to share your EDUCAUSE profile credentials:

  • Click here.
  • Share the automatically generated credentials.
  • NOTES: You can log in using either your EDUCAUSE profile OR generic credentials, but not both. These credentials cannot be changed. If you lose them, simply click on the URL noted above.

Orientation Session

To help participants prepare for and make the most of the online conference and new Virtual Conference Center, we conducted an orientation session on February 7, 2012. View the recording, slides, and chat transcript.

Preconference Seminars (a separate registration and fee are required)

  • Preconference Seminars: Monday, February 13, 10:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. CT (UTC-6); convert to your time zone
  • Seminars are held in unique Adobe Connect rooms. See the e-mail “Log In Information for Your Preconference Seminar” sent on February 10 and 13 to access your room.

  • EDUCAUSE On-Campus provides helpful information and resources to plan, promote, host, facilitate, and evaluate your campus event.
