| Jan 19-21 | The 2010 ELI Annual Meeting -- Learning Environments for a Web 2.0 World Each year in late January, the ELI community comes together to explore, network, and grow. A combination of plenary presentations, interactive sessions, and workshops - plus plenty of time to visit with colleagues - ensures that the ELI Annual Meeting brings lasting value to participants. ELI also encourages institutions to maximize the value they receive from the conference by sending institutional teams. Team participation facilitates shared learning and enhances the potential for collaborative initiatives back on campus based on ideas gained at the meeting. | Austin, TX |

| Mar 03-04 | ELI Online Spring Focus Session ELI focus sessions are two-day symposiums dedicated to the in-depth examination of key topics in teaching and learning with technology in higher education. Focusing on a particular topic, such as mobile learning, they combine presentations from experts, practical application showcases, and discussion and problem-solving sessions to provide participants with broader frameworks that facilitate understanding, examination, and implementation. ELI focus sessions encourage participants to explore, in a collaborative environment, a teaching and learning theme in depth, sharing best practices and gleaning practical ideas. Participants are encouraged to attend as campus teams, as the local discussions associated with the focus session can serve as a catalyst for institutional innovation. | Online Event |
| Mar 08 | Open Learning Initiative Presenter: Candace Thille, Director or the Open Learning Initiative (OLI) at Carnegie Mellon University | Online Event |
