Select your location for the program to reflect times local to you: Introduced several years ago, there's still much misunderstanding about PCI and how to achieve cost-effective compliance. Further, due to the decentralized proliferation of credit card acceptance locations at universities, risk remains considerable. The presentation will feature a case study covering experiences with PCI at American University and George Mason University and provide further detail on the impact of emerging issues such as virtualization, cloud and mobile computing, and the new requirement for regular vulnerability scanning. The convener for this session is Rodney J. Petersen, EDUCAUSE Speakers
