Morris Beverage is President of Lakeland Community College in Kirtland, Ohio. Prior to becoming president, Dr. Beverage served as Vice President for Administrative Service and Treasurer for 12 years at the institution. He is the past president and a board member of CACUBO and a member of the Board of Directors of NACUBO. He holds an associate of arts from Lakeland, a bachelor of science and masters in business administration from Lake Erie College, and an executive doctor of management from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.

Jenny Cobb is an internal Strategic Business Planning Facilitator at Vanderbilt University in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Chief Financial Officer. She works with a broad array of administrative and academic departments to support their redesign and strategic efforts. She also serves as the coordinator for the chancellor’s university–wide effort to reduce red tape, simplify procedures, and streamline processes. She is president and a member of the Board of Directors for CUMREC: A Higher Education Administrative Technology Conference. She is a regular presenter at CUMREC and EDUCAUSE, and a faculty member of the Seminars on Academic Computing (SAC) New Directors Workshop.

Joan Falkenberg Getman is currently Assistant Director of Distributed Learning Services at Cornell University. For nearly 20 years she has focused on how multimedia and technology can support teaching and learning in higher education. Getman’s career path started in educational television production and branched into curriculum development for the Family Life Development Center at Cornell. Most recently she has been directing the group responsible for supporting a New Media Center, providing course technologies, consulting services, training, and faculty development programs, as well as instructional design and production services to the Cornell campus. Getman has a B.A. in film and psychology and an M.S. in Communication and Instructional Design.

David Lassner is Director of Information Technology for the University of Hawaii, Hawaii’s statewide system of public higher education comprised of ten campuses and five education centers on six islands. He has responsibility for university computing; management information systems; voice, data and video telecommunications; and distance learning technologies. He teaches in several academic departments and is active in EDUCAUSE, Internet2, the Western Cooperative for Educational Telecommunications and a number of other professional and service activities in Hawaii, the United States, and the Asia–Pacific region.

Barry Walsh currently holds a joint appointment in both the University Information Technology Services and Financial Management Services organizations at Indiana University. His IT responsibilities include e–business activities, including IU’s portal directions, enterprise–wide information access, ERP systems integration, and development and management of all fiscal and procurement systems. His financial responsibilities include financial information analysis and decision support, accounting operations, payroll, accounts payable, systems management, and strategic IT planning. Jean Zappe is Client Services Group Leader in Information Services and Resources at Bucknell University. In this position, she leads the user services group, serves on the organization's leadership team, and plays a leading role in ongoing organizational development in the merged IT/library environment at Bucknell. Her responsibilities also include managing the centralized functions of the department's large contingent of student employees. She has worked in a number of information technology roles at Bucknell, including user support, training, hiring, and staff and organizational development. She has served on the EDUCAUSE Professional Development Committee and was recently a visiting faculty member in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
