1. When will the proceedings for a conference be available?

Four to six weeks after a conference, available proceedings will be linked from the conference home page.

2. How can I submit a speaker proposal?

Go to the home page of the conference that you want to submit a proposal for to view instructions on how to submit and the deadline for submission.

3. I have a purchase order number. How can I register online?

At the payment screen, input the purchase order number and choose "Send Invoice Guaranteed with Visa/Mastercard or American Express." EDUCAUSE will send an invoice that will include the purchase order. The credit card used as a guarantee will not be charged without prior notification.

4. I have registered for the conference and need a receipt.

You can request an electronic receipt online. At the bottom of the conference registration page you will find the Electronic Receipt/Registration Verification link. Type in your e-mail address or your first and last name, and a receipt will be e-mailed to you. Please wait to request a receipt until you receive an e-mail confirmation letter that EDUCAUSE has processed your registration.

5. I've already registered and now want to add a preconference seminar or a guest ticket. How do I do that online?

You cannot add to an existing registration online. Please contact EDUCAUSE Member Services at conf@educause.edu or 303-449-4430.

6. I am registering my boss for a conference but want the confirmation sent to me.

Please include that request in the comments section of the online registration form. You will be copied on the confirmation e-mail. Additional e-mail correspondence (conference information, name badge checks, etc.) can only be sent to the registrant.

7. Is there a conference registration form I can fill out and mail in?

We do not have printed registration forms. All conference registrations are done online. If you do not want to provide credit card information online, you can screen print each page of the online registration and send the pages, along with the appropriate payment, to:

Back to TopKeep in mind that conference registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis and may reach capacity before EDUCAUSE receives your registration by mail.

8. How do I find out if I am an EDUCAUSE member and eligible for the registration discount?

EDUCAUSE membership resides with the institution. That means everyone associated with a member institution is considered a member and is therefore eligible for member discounts. To find out if your institution is an EDUCAUSE member, please go to the Membership Directory.

Send an e-mail to conf@educause.edu to let us know you'd like to receive information about one or more specific conferences of interest to you.
