Handheld and Mobile Computing Constituent Group

This EDUCAUSE constituent group is designed for discussion and discovery of innovative and functional uses for handheld computers in higher education. Creative ideas for projects using handheld computers and personal digital assistants (PDA) in teaching, learning, and administration will also be explored. Topics include hardware, applications, tools, special uses, wireless and mobile connectivity, web services, support issues, security, and others. This group meets at the EDUCAUSE annual conference and uses the electronic discussion list to discuss issues throughout the year.
